Ingredients
1/4 cup Nature Nate’s® 100% Pure Raw & Unfiltered Honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tbs Sriracha sauce
1 Tbs rice vinegar
1 Tbs vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 pineapple, cored and cubed
long skewers, for grilling
short skewers or long toothpicks, for serving
chopped cilantro, for garnish
Directions
  1. Add the honey, soy sauce, Sriracha sauce, rice vinegar, oil and garlic to a jar. Seal, and shake to combine. Place shrimp in a large bowl. Add half of the sauce. Toss to coat. Thread the shrimp and pineapple onto separate long skewers.
  2. Heat a grill to medium. Add the skewers. Baste the shrimp with additional sauce. Cook the shrimp and pineapple for 3 to 4 minutes per side. Shrimp should be pink and beginning to curl. Pineapple will caramelize and have visible grill marks. Remove the skewers from the grill.
  3. Remove shrimp and pineapple from the skewers. Using the small skewers, thread one shrimp and one pineapple cube onto each skewer. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
